Yoga At The Office 

The Yoga at the Office packages are designed as a series to give your team a consistent space to reset, recharge, and reconnect. Each cycle brings practical tools to apply directly within the workday, from physical benefits to mental clarity.

 

Every session is thoughtfully guided so everyone feels welcome and safe, regardless of experience. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive, professional setting. Each session integrates breathwork and a short meditation to regulate the nervous system, boost focus, and support a grounded, collaborative team dynamic.

 

Classes are typically scheduled weekly and can be planned flexibly around holidays or peak periods.

No studio needed. Any room where tables and chairs can be moved to the side works; think meeting rooms, canteens, or open-plan spaces. Around 30m² comfortably fits a group.

We bring high-quality, PFAS-free yoga mats and handle all logistics.
